Atif Aslam has sung 2 or 3 songs in upcoming bollywood movie Prince which is releasing on 26th March 2010, 2 songs O Mere Khuda & Tere Liye are confirmed but 3rd one is not confirmed because the music of this movie is not released yet,
he has used the word “Choor Di Khudaye Meine Tere Liye” which means to give more importance to someone than God,

If NFAK or Aziz Mian does it, why we blame only Atif Aslam, songs or qawwali doesn’t matter as well as lyrics, Nusrat sb. in his marvelous ‘piece’ yeh Jo Halka Halka Suroor Hai, performing this fishful thing, listen, “Na NAMAZ ati hai Mujhko na WUZU ata hai, SAJDA Kar leta hoon Jab Samne TOOO ata hai”. what’s so serious in this if Atif does it. calm down my brothers, sisters, calm Down.

by the way if i m not wrong, the word khudaye doesn’t mean God. khudaye refers to this world, in the same way as “duniya”. to me this line means more like “chor de duniya mein ne tere liye”. so no need to be offended guys, can’t see anything wrong with it.

there is any such version which is against ma religion is
