ADDITIONALLY A TOTAL OF 25 SENIOR WING CADETS OF NO.1 RAJ GIRLS BN NCC, JAIPUR ARE ATTACHED TO THIS SQN FOR SPECIALISED AIR WING TRAINING. * THE APPOINTMENT OF THE COMMANDING OFFICER WAS UPGRADED TO THE RANK OF WG CDR FROM NOVEMBER 1983. * THE UNIT IS PRESENTLY WORKING ON PE NO 7899/ DGNCC/ PLG/1785/A/D (GS-IV) DATED 26 JUNE 1979 AND IS AUTHORISED 2½ FLIGHTS AND 20 TROOPS WITH A TOTAL AUTHORISE STRENGTH OF 250 SD/SW CADETS AND 1850 JD CADETS. * THERE ARE 18 COLLEGES IN JAIPUR AND 20 SCHOOLS INCLUDING 12 LOCATED IN JAIPUR UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF THIS SQN.
