Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Chhalawa is all over the place. The producers and promotions team have left no place to miss a viewer’s sight.
The introductory posters that revealed the characters had already made a buzz around the town.
Now the first official trailer of Chhalawa has been released just yesterday and it gives all the good vibes. It looks like a movie which is a complete package for the whole family and group of friends, with romance, songs, and comedy. Also, it gives a hint of a big fat Pakistani wedding. All of this is making us crave it even more.
The trailer starts off with Mehwish Hayat, who is playing Zoya, a Punjabi girl and we are quite sure that the story revolves mainly around her. Then comes in Azfar Rehman who seems to be leading on with Mehwish.
Next big thing about this movie is Asad Siddiqui and his real life wifey Zara Noor Abbas, who are making their debut as a couple. The two have been casted opposite each other and it has spiced up everything even more.
The movie is a production of Wajahat Rauf and Shazia Wajahat who have previously given out movies like Karachi Se Lahore and Lahore Se Aagay. Other prominent actors to be seen in the film are Mehmood Aslam, Adnan Shah Tipu and Wajahat’s son Aashir Wajahat, who definitely is an emerging talent.
Chhalawa releases this Eid ul Fitr and it’s really hard to wait. However, it seems to be a film worth waiting for. How many of you are waiting with us?
