The debut film of Pakistani actress Momal Sheikh, Happy Bhag Jayegi, through which she is making her entry in Bollywood industry, the film which seemed to be quite entertaining, may not be released in Pakistan. Why? Well our assumption is that they have shown Pakistan, its police force, some locals in the movie as the story revolves around a girl who is running away from her wedding but ends up in crossing the border without knowing.
Happy Bhag Jayegi was scheduled to be released on 19th August and it has been released all over the world except Pakistan. Also a Star Stud Premiere was planned on the night of 18th August in Karachi which later on also got cancelled.
Some of the well-known celebrities in Pakistani showbiz industry such as Junaid Khan, Syra Shehroz, Mahira Khan and Mawra Hocane gave their best wishes to Momal Sheikh for her debut film by uploading a video message but unfortunately their all wishes went in vain.
Now let’s wait and see if we get any official news of Happy Bhag Jayegi being banned in Pakistan or we would have to rely on our assumptions, which are pretty much the actual reason behind Happy Bhag Jayegi not being released in Pakistan.
