Sidharth Malhotra the new entry of Bollywood who have done incredibly well in his debut film “Student Of The Year” has recently taken legal action on his fake Fan Club, the owners of the Website, who pose to be huge fan of the actor were misusing Sidharth’s name in order to earn big bucks, therefore the actor decided to take legal action against them.
“There are over 31 Sidharth Malhotra Fan Clubs online and they are genuine Fan Clubs. The reason a legal notice was sent to the fake website is because it was a pirate and selling merchandise without permission,” said Sidharth Malhotra. The actor took a veritable approach towards this, and had requested politely to his fans not to use this site for commercial gain, but the fans did not seem to listen to the actor and carried on, also someone from the actor’s team placed an order for a T-Shirt which was acknowledged by the owners. Due to this, the actor was forced to send a legal notice to the website owners to immediately stop selling merchandise on his name.
Well poor Sidharth has just stepped in Bollywood recently and he is facing problems already, he will have to get used to all these small problems and face them. Good luck to this new Bollywood stud.
