Apparently Emraan Hashmi aka the serial kisser of Bollywood who was very eager to have the Pakistani actress be cast opposite him. Kunal the director says, “I liked Humaima’s screen test. But we are also looking at new faces”. This clearly shows that they have not decided yet if Humaima fits best for the role. While Emraan adds, “We are in the process of finalising a female lead for Shaatir. Though no one has been confirmed yet, the makers will make an announcement as soon as things get finalized”.
